Since then, we’re proud to have maintained constant growth with quality control. While other companies have turned to many automated systems, we still believe in the human touch.

We understand that not all communities are the same. Likewise, our package of service is not the same for all of our clients! We customize our management packages based on the needs of each community.

Not ready for full service property management, but need some additional help? We provide consulting services on a one time contract basis, or, as needed! We have an option for "accounting only" services for associations, as well!

We focus on client retention and controlled growth. We work as a team at Casey Management and provide a level of customer service that others strive to imitate.

While other companies have decided not to help smaller clients any longer, we provide options for those clients. We provide consulting services to self managed associations, project help for larger projects, and town hall moderation for associations.

Our main office is located on the Tamiami Trail in the heart of Sarasota. We have a branch office at State Road 70 and I-75 providing service for our East County clients. We have a cloud based system that allows all of our managers to work where there is wi-fi.
